Every girl dreams about her wedding at some point in time. What was in yours? Some may picture being driven off in a horse drawn carriage or getting married on the beach. Maybe a Paris wedding or a simple country wedding. Although they may all be different you can bet that in every one of them the details were perfect, right down to the hair accessories. And it wasn't just the bride's hair that was perfect it was everyone in the wedding party.

Yes, it's true, many woman really picture their weddings in that much detail. So you don't want to be the one responsible for ruining that perfect image she has carried with her for years. So for everyone from the bride to the flower girl, hair accessories are important. When you are deciding what type to go with for a flower girl remember to consider the age. Although lovely a tiara may not be the best choice. You also need to consider how formal the theme of the wedding will be.

If it is very formal you probably would not want a sparkling bow for the hair. Nor do you want to pick something that would actually be too big or over-powering on a flower girl or young bridesmaid. If your bridesmaids will be of differing ages keep that in mind also. In that case you may not get the same for everyone so that it matches, but you can still match the theme using different hair accessories. Simple and elegant bows for your flower girls can't be beat.

Even if you really have had this picture in your mind for years, be realistic in case some things just can't be done. Don't panic you have many people to call on for help. Just ask.

What is one of the sweetest things at a wedding, other than the bride of course? Would have to be the flower girl, don't you think? They are all dressed up, excited and sometimes manage to steal the show a little.

Of course the one thing that every little flower girl needs is a basket. There are many different styles and fabrics and designs available. If you are looking for a simple design that would fit most any style consider getting a wicker basket. They are capable of looking sweet and simple yet can easily go with elegance.

Or perhaps something from the Lillian Rose collection, with ivory and cream tones made out of satin decorated with peach colored handmade roses on the back and front with two beautiful handles made out of a string of pearls.

Perhaps something a little more unique like the Silver Renaissance Flower Basket. It is absolutely gorgeous and is decorated with silver Jacquard scrolls, sure to be a showstopper. Or you may consider adding a little more color and go with something like the Red Embroidered Flower Basket or something similar but using black on white.

For something a little more traditional but still very elegant consider something like a Satin Organza basket or the Satin and Lace basket.
Whatever you choose is sure to be special as it should be on your day.

The wedding dress, tuxedos and bridesmaid dresses are not all that is necessary for a wedding. You need to have the right bridal accessories and you want them to be a special as the day you are planning.

Great shoes to go with your dress are a must and we know that it takes time to find just what you are looking for. Many things will influence your decision about shoes. First you need to decide what type of shoe is best for you. Naturally most are dyeable so that you can be sure to get the exact color you want. So, you can consider Pumps or Slings, one such choice would be the Ronnie, gorgeous satin boots with a mid heel, they would be a great choice with a dress of a vintage style.

Or, perhaps a pretty pair of strappy sandals such as the Marielle by Liz Rene would be a good choice for you maybe with a more modern contemporary style dress. A Platform shoe with a little over 2 inch heel and a small opening at the toes can be perfect with a flowing dress with a hint of shoe showing.

And for all of you that have always dreamed of a beach wedding at sunset amid warm tropical water be sure to check out the Beach and Bridal selection. There are beautiful "flip flop" styles and beaded thongs. Or if you prefer, consider vinyl Jelly's decorated with Rhinestones.

It's your special day, dare to dream and make your accessories as unique and beautiful as you are.

Who is a Flower Girl and what part does she play in a wedding? For a lot of us this is sometimes a difficult task especially when it comes to choosing a dress for your flower girl. A flower girl is most of the time between the ages of 3 and 8 and might or might not be related to the bride. Sometimes she can even be a friend of the family . Her main role in the wedding is just to be her naturally cute and angelic self, walking after the maid of honor or the bridesmaids with a basket consisting of petals, and loving the idea of scattering them as she is walking down the aisle.

Now, the big question is, what does she wear? For most of us this is sometimes a difficult task especially when it comes to choosing a dress for your flower girl. Most of the time, a flower girl is dressed in a dress looking a lot like the bride's dress, or a dress that has either a satin ribbon or sash that coordinates with the bridesmaid's dresses. Again, there are numerous different styles and colors to choose from, but in most cases it all depends on what the bride wants for her. In instances where this is not so, then you can opt for any adorable dress that would fit into the wedding's theme color. Now, when it comes to comfort, you know how little girls can be! Now don't you? Just be sure that you get them a dress that is not scratchy or uncomfortable.

Most of the flower girl dresses they offer today are made lined on the underside so it prevents them from being itchy.

Shoes for flower girls comes in various colors and styles, but are almost always white, because it's a popular color that can be dyed to match any color scheme. The big question is, how do we go about finding the right kind of white girls dress shoes that would coordinate well with her dress and at the same time offer comfort and style.

Of course, we all know kids love to be comfortable especially when it comes to that pair of shoes! I have a 6 year old and my gosh! she can be so fussy when it comes to her shoes! In today's fashion, you can expect to find just as many different shoes for flower girls as you would expect to find for grown-ups.

When it comes to choosing a style of shoe for your little girl, especially when it comes down to white girls dress shoe, then consider what the bride wants, or the season that you are in. There are so many different styles to choose from. Here are a few that you might want to consider.

  • You have the closed toe and the open toe styles that are most popular
    in spring or summer time.

  • There are the white girls ballet dress shoes that can be dyed in any
color of your choice and can be worn with or without stockings.

  • The gypsy style white girls dress shoe which is more a ballet shoe that comes in satin
with a ribbon that ties around the ankles, and these are so cute, and again
can be dyed at a minimal cost.

  • The flat spandex slipper that are stretchy and extremely comfortable with a leather
    cushion sole, but non-dye able.

  • There are also white girls dress shoes that have cute delicate straps and small buckles and lots
of other tiny details. These are almost suitable for any occasion and any season.

On the other hand if your flower girl is just a toddler then there are too many choices out
there to choose from.

It can be quite exciting and hectic too when selecting a flower girl dress, depending upon the style you are looking for. It's always advisable for the bride to do this quite some months before her big day! A wedding would be incomplete without a flower girl.
Flower girls are like little angels all dressed up and walking down the aisle with their cute innocent faces.

Today, flower girl dresses are available in so many different styles and colors to choose from. Sleeveless A-line Dresses are very popular with the junior bridesmaids and also with the flower girls.
Here are a few options when choosing an A-line dress for your flower girl.

  • Consider a sleeveless A-line flower girl dress with a "V" neckline and bodice highlighted
    with beads or sequins.

  • A sleeveless A-line dress that is designed with a modern style to compliment the bride, using
similar fabrics and details, is another excellent choice.

  • A-Line and empire waist dresses are just perfect for bridesmaid styles and flower girl dresses
can also be chosen in these styles, too.

  • An A-line dress is the perfect choice for almost any body type. If you don't like the poofy
look in a dress for your child, then the best way to go would be an A-line dress for a
    taller, slimmer, elegant look

  • Sleeveless A-line flower girl dress that comes with a draped bodice and a contrasting color sash,
that matches the bride's theme color.

If you are looking for simplicity and elegance, then this is definitely the way to go.

Flower girl dresses need not conform to any particular wedding style guidelines. They can have a look of their own, either young and unique or sophisticated and grown-up. It's extremely important to keep styles comfortable and fabrics not scratchy especially when it involves children. While the flower girl dress is normally chosen in a color and style to match the bridesmaid's dresses, it may also be selected as a version of the bride's dress. Please keep in mind that when choosing a flower girl dress with a look all on its own, it's always best to keep the overall color scheme in mind.
